How fast does AILA reply to inquiries?
AILA responds promptly, day and night, with useful answers from your business information. It keeps inquiries moving while your team is busy or off the clock.
Which platforms does AILA work with?
WeddingPro (the unified inbox for The Knot and WeddingWire), plus Zola, Instagram DMs, and your own website via the Website assistant. Send booked leads, and optionally new inquiries, to your CRM through webhook workflows in Zapier, n8n, or Make, after AILA has their email address.
Will couples know they're talking to an AI?
AILA writes naturally in your voice. If someone asks directly whether it's an AI, it answers honestly and keeps helping. It never pretends to be human.
Does AILA use AI?
Yes. AILA uses AI to write replies on your connected channels from the pricing guide, packages, and details you provide, in your tone of voice. You review the voice profile, can watch any conversation, step in or pause it, and your team still builds the relationship and wins the business.
How does AILA know my prices and packages?
You teach AILA your business: paste your website, upload your pricing guide, or type it in, and update it anytime. AILA answers only from this knowledge base. When a question goes beyond it, AILA shares what it does know, flags the question for your team, and offers a consultation (or a tour, if you've set tours up) so your team can answer it.
Can AILA really book tours on my calendar?
Yes. Connect Google and Outlook calendars and AILA offers real open times in chat, creates the event, and sends the invite, with a video link included for consultations. It also asks the couple to confirm the day before. One connection covers your whole team: share your availability calendar and connect calendars for tours and consultations across your team.
Do I need to create another password?
No. Sign in with your Google or Microsoft account and you're in. Prefer a password? Email sign-in works too.
What if I want to answer an inquiry myself?
Step in when a personal conversation will move things forward. Read the conversation and take over with one click, and your reply stops AILA. Hand it back whenever you like, or switch on manual review to hold automation on new conversations until you are ready.
Will AILA replace my sales team?
No. AILA handles the repetitive half of the job (answering the same first questions at midnight, capturing details, writing the third follow-up), so your team's time goes to tours, consultations, and the conversations that win bookings. Does AILA follow up with leads that go quiet?
Yes, on a widening schedule (about a day, then three days, a week, two weeks, a month), timed for evenings and weekends when couples actually read. Every follow-up adds something useful; a reply resets the cadence and a booking ends it. Channel messaging rules apply, including Instagram’s 24-hour reply window.
Is AILA only for wedding venues?
Venues are where AILA started, and it's built to handle their inquiries exceptionally well. The same agent works for caterers, photographers, planners, DJs, florists, and any other event vendor with an inbox.
Do I need technical skills to set it up?
No. Setup is a conversation: AILA reads your website and documents, asks a few questions, and connects to your channels with a Chrome extension and one website snippet.
Who sees my data?
Your inquiries, contacts, and knowledge base belong to you. AILA uses them only to answer on your behalf, never to train on other vendors or share between accounts.
