Native scheduling
From "just looking" to booked tour.
AILA books venue tours and consultation calls directly from the conversation, using real availability from your connected calendar. It offers a few genuinely open times, creates the calendar event, and sends the invite. Consultations automatically include a video link. There is no Calendly and no booking link to paste.
Real availability, not a link.
Connect Google Calendar Outlook coming soon and AILA offers 2–3 actual open slots in chat, honoring your rules: tour length, buffer time, minimum notice, weekly hours.
One connection. Your whole team's calendars.
Connect the Google account that holds your calendars. One connection covers the team. Salespeople don't need logins; they share their calendars and each one shows up ready to assign. Keep one calendar as your availability source of truth, and let one or more team calendars take tours and consultations. You decide how bookings are shared, and AILA books onto the calendar of the person who'll give the tour. Consultation calls include a video link automatically.
Date checks answered instantly.
"Is June 14th open?" gets a real answer from your calendar. It's the question every venue hears first, answered at 11pm.
Changes handled too.
Reschedules keep the same invite and video link; cancellations confirm by email. Nobody chases anybody.
Day-before confirmations.
AILA asks the couple to confirm about 24 hours before their tour, and alerts you a few hours ahead if someone still hasn't confirmed. Confirmation messages are always free. Fewer no-shows, no awkward reminder texts.
A booking page for everywhere else.
A hosted page with your live availability for your Instagram bio or email signature. Same calendar, same rules; every booking becomes a contact.
